Who should I contact to request a tour?
When requesting a tour, please call or text us at (765) 744-1879 .When do your lease terms start and end?
Generally our lease term is a full year, from May to May but we understand that students have unique timelines and commitments. Our lease options can be designed to accommodate your needs.
Do I sign a single lease with my roommates, or do we each sign our own lease?
Each tenant will sign their own lease individually.
Are tenants responsible for any utilities?
Yes, you are responsible for all utilities, including sewage. If you’re looking for a list of utility providers, please click here to find them on our contact page!
Do you allow pets?
No, we do not allow pets in any of our properties.
Are rent prices listed by total rent cost, or are they priced by tenant?
The rent prices on each of our property pages are listed per tenant.
How do I pay rent? How often do I pay rent?
Rent is due on the 1st day of each month of the lease term. We accept cash, checks, or money orders. Rent can be mailed or picked up at the house by the landlord on the 1st.
When should I start looking for a place to live?
Our students typically like to reserve their rentals for the next school year during the month of September.
How do I reserve a house?
To reserve a house, students need to sign a lease and also pay their damage deposit. The damage deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
